When you submit our "Get Started" intake form or our client onboarding form, we collect information you provide directly, which may include:

• Your name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Business details — such as your current website, industry, hours, services and pricing, address, and design preferences
• Any photos, notes, or additional information you choose to share with us

If you become a paying client, we also process payment information (handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — see below) and project-related communications.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project
• Design, build, and deliver your website
• Process payments and manage your account or subscription
• Send you service-related emails, such as confirmations and project updates
• Improve our website and services

We share information with a small number of third-party service providers who help us operate our business. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes:

• Stripe — processes payments and stores payment method details on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Supabase — stores the information you submit through our forms in a secure database.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails, such as form confirmations and internal notifications.

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and meet reasonable business, tax, and legal record-keeping needs. If you don't move forward with a project, we may retain your contact details for a limited period in case you follow up, and you can request deletion at any time (see below).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@relaunchai.com. We will respond and complete reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to retain certain records (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
